Tinkle Manager

The Manager screen presents the Tinkle Dashboard, which you will encounter as the initial display upon launching the app. If you are currently in a free trial period, the duration of the trial will be clearly indicated here.

The Dashboard provides streamlined access to several essential features that deliver insights regarding your Tinkle service. While you can customize these options during your onboarding sessions with Tinkle, the standard Dashboard includes the following components:

  • Quick Settings for easy access to frequently used configurations
  • Call Stats detailing the number of calls Made, Answered, and Missed
  • Timeline offering a concise overview of activity over the past seven days
  • Calls in the last 7 days organized by day
  • Talk Time reflecting daily minute usage

The Tinkle Manager menu is conveniently located at the top of the screen when in full screen mode. For those using a narrower window, simply click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to access the complete list of menu items.

In full screen mode, the menu remains accessible at the top. The menu options are consistently arranged across all platforms, allowing you to navigate to:

  • Users
  • Call Routing 
  • Numbers 
  • Calls 
  • Voicemail 
  • Contacts 
  • Stats
