Pre Requisites
You should already have a free license on the customer tenant before adding as this will be assigned to the SBC user. This can be A business Basic, Standard or Premium or a E3 or E5
1. Choose Customer Actions > Add Customer
2. Add New Customer
3. Enter Full Customer name, Short name and choose license type and count and then select Send Link. Link can be sent direct to customer or your own mailbox. The short name will be used as the domain for the tenant.
4. Complete Token authentication process using link received by email.
5. Choose Customer Actions > Add Customer
6. Choose Pending Customers
7. Choose Add Customer on the customer to add
8. Re enter licensed user count
9. Click next to skip the override Admin domain and Provide CDR and QOE Integration with Microsoft Teams screen
10. Tick Configure M365 default routing and choose Here on the Click [ Here ] to Provision M365 Domain and DNS Automatically
11. The license plan will be auto discovered from the licenses you have spare on your tenant this needs to be one listed in the pre requisites
12. The domain and user will be created and licensed in the tenant automatically once completed choose Back to M365 Scripts.
13. Configure M365 default routing should be ticked and the sbc.tinkleforteams.com domain should be auto selected if not select this and press next
14. Configure SBC should be checked and Sip Trunk should be selected. From the carrier list choose Colt and press next
15. If you have numbers ready to use these can be entered on the prefix screen otherwise choose next to skip for now. They should be entered in e164 format for example +443303800352 for a single number +44330380035 for a 10 number range or 4433038003 for a 100 number range
16. SBC Scenario 7 should be chosen for both scripts and then press submit
17. The SBC and Teams should then be configured and the customer onboarded. Once you have received -- CreateCustomer task completed -- you can choose close. The customer will begin an initial sync which takes around 15 mins once this has been configured numbers and users can be setup for the user.
