Keypad: Click the Keypad option on the toolbar. Type in the desired number and click the green dial out button.
Use the backspace arrow to delete and move back.
Contacts: You can call any of your saved contacts from this section.
In the Contacts section you will also see a Quick Dial tab, which gives you access to internal business users' presence and dialing.
Recents: You can call any contact from the Recents section, which lists all previously activity.
