Setting specific closed dates for individual numbers in Tinkle Manager ensures that calls are handled appropriately on selected days. Follow the steps below to configure closed dates:
Step 1: Log In to Tinkle Manager & Navigate to Numbers

Open your web browser and go to the Tinkle Manager login page.

Enter your credentials and log in.

Click on the Numbers tab in the main menu.

Locate and select the number you want to apply closed dates for.
Step 2: Access the Closing Dates Option

Click the dropdown icon next to the pencil (edit) icon.

From the dropdown menu, select "Closing Dates."

A calendar view will appear, allowing you to select the specific date(s) you want to close.

Once selected, specify the action to take on those dates (e.g., redirecting calls, voicemail, or other settings).
Step 3: Remove a Closed Date (If Needed)

If you need to remove a closed date, simply click on the blue "Closed" icon next to the date you want to delete.
Step 4: Save the Changes

After selecting the closed dates and actions, click Save to apply the changes to the chosen number.
Your specified number will now follow the configured closing dates, ensuring proper handling of calls on those days.
