Pick up the handset and press the message icon to listen or press speaker phone then message icon to listen.
You will then be asked to enter your pin number (this is found in Tinkle manager/Voicemail/edit key in both desktop and mobile versions) You will then hear two different options, new messages and saved messages.
With the following options:
1) New messages
2) Change folder (to saved messages)
3) Advanced options
4) Press * for help
5) # to exit
Once you pick the message it will play then give you the following options:
3) Advanced options (send reply/listen to message envelope/send voice message
5) Repeat current message
7) Delete message
8) Forward to another user
9) Save message
