Create and Edit Call Menu's within Tinkle Manager

Configure and edit call menu's quickly and easily within Tinkle Manager!

Log in to Tinkle Manager (as an Admin) and navigate to the Call Routing tab.

Select the Call menus tab

Click Add new call menu

A pop up window will appear where you can fill in the following information:

  • Name: Enter the desired name for the call menu.
  • Audio File: Indicate what audio file you would like to play for callers when they reach the auto attendant.
  • Option 1-#: Specify the options' destination when chosen.
  • Loop on timeout: Specify whether you want to loop the call menu on timeout if no option is selected.
  • Option timeout: This setting allows you to define the timeout destination for calls if Loop on timeout is set to No.

After entering your desired settings, please proceed by clicking the Save button.
