Handset Feature Codes (Quick Access) for IP Phone
You can use the following feature codes on your handset to quickly access common call functions and menus.
Call Pickup Codes

**102 - Pick up another user’s call (replace **102 with the relevant extension number)

*8 - Pick up any ringing call
Voicemail Access

*97 - Access your voicemail

*98 - Access another voicemail mailbox
Call Recording Controls
-
#0 - Stop call recording
-
#1 - Start call recording
Important: Call recording feature codes will only work if call recording is set to No or Pausing Enabled.
If pausing is not enabled, the start/stop recording codes will not function.
These codes can also be used to begin an ad hoc recording during a call when supported.
