From Tinkle Manager Dashboard you should have Quick Settings and a tab for Business Settings. In here you will have devices. You can then reassign devices from here based on the MAC address on the back of the phones.
Once you change the user on the phone you need to Hold Pause and Press right on the handset and choose yes to provision the user on the phone will then update.
