Call Recording Settings within Tinkle Manager

Easily configure your call recording settings within Tinkle Manager with just a click of a button.

In Tinkle, call recording is configured at two distinct levels:

  • Inbound call recording is established at the number level.
  • Outbound call recording is managed at the user level.

Inbound Call Recording

To configure inbound call recording, please navigate to Tinkle Manager by visiting https://manager.tinkletelecom.com/ or by logging into the Desktop App and selecting "Manager."

Once you are logged in, proceed to the "Numbers" section.

Select the pencil icon next to the number for which you wish to modify the call recording settings.

Under the "Inbound call recording" section, select either

  • No
  • Yes (Pausing enabled) - This allows call recording to be paused during a live call to prevent sensitive information being recorded.
  • Yes (pausing disabled)

Click Save once the correct setting has been applied.

Outbound Call Recording

To configure outbound call recording, please navigate to Tinkle Manager by visiting https://manager.tinkletelecom.com/ or by logging into the Desktop App and selecting "Manager."

Once you are logged in, proceed to the "Users" section.

Select the pencil icon next to the user for which you wish to modify the outbound call recording settings.

Under the "Outbound call recording" section, select either

  • No
  • Yes (Pausing enabled) - This allows call recording to be paused during a live call to prevent sensitive information being recorded.
  • Yes (pausing disabled)

Click Save once the correct setting has been applied.
