Call Forwarding with Tinkle for Desktop

To activate call forwarding on the Desktop App, navigate to the "Call forwarding" section located in the Personal Quick Settings area of your dashboard.

Upon selecting Call Forwarding, a window will pop up, allowing you to choose your preferred forwarding option.


You can easily enable Call Forwarding by clicking one of the following selections:
  • Extension of Another User
  • New User
  • Voicemail inbox
  • New Voicemail inbox
  • Ring Group
  • New Ring Group
  • Call Menu (IVR)
  • New Call Menu
  • Specific Queue
  • External number
  • No forward option

Each option also provides the ability to add a new selection and choose from numbers already available in the system.

To modify or remove the forwarding settings, simply return to the Call Forwarding menu and apply the necessary adjustments.
