Call Forwarding with Tinkle for Android

From your Tinkle Mobile App, navigate to the Dashboard and select "Call forwarding". 

A pop-up window will be displayed, allowing you to select from the following forwarding destinations:

  • Extension of Another User
  • New User
  • Voicemail Inbox
  • New Voicemail Inbox
  • Ring Group
  • New Ring Group
  • Call Menu (IVR)
  • New Call Menu
  • Specific Queue
  • External Number
  • No forwarding option

To forward calls to an external number, select the option labeled "Forward to an external number", input the desired number, and then click Save to confirm your settings.

To disable call forwarding, simply follow the steps outlined above, ensuring that the Forward Option* setting is left blank, and then click Save.
